Chelsea began working on the White Raven Method after a near fatal accident. Since then, she has devoted her life to understanding the nuances of the mind, body connection and the result of an impacted nervous system. After being told she would never walk again she redefined her narrative, let go of the ego and became an avid meditator, highly versed in Vipassana. She has travelled the world deepening her understanding of the conscious mind, aligning with the school of Kundalini Yoga. Well versed in neuroscience and anatomy she created a method whereby you update your mental and physical software, returning back to self, to truth. She discovered peace in presence, and the bodies vast capability for healing once the emotional state was neutralised.
